In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing base tables:Hi @mdanamulhaque,
Missing base tables
From what I understand, you’re having trouble with missing base tables in your WooCommerce setup. Looking at the WordPress environment and server information you’ve provided, everything seems to be in order. But don’t worry, let’s walk through a few steps to figure out and potentially fix the problem.
First, let’s verify your database. To do this, navigate to your WordPress Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools. Here, you’ll see a ‘Verify Database‘ option. I suggest you run this tool as it’s designed to check and possibly restore any missing database tables.
Next, let’s check for any plugin conflicts. Other plugins could be interfering with WooCommerce. To find out, disable all other plugins and see if the problem still exists. If the issue goes away, you can reactivate your plugins one by one to find the culprit.
Theme-related issues can also cause this problem. To eliminate this possibility, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) and check if the problem persists. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
Lastly, if the above steps don’t solve the issue, try repairing the database. You can do this from your web host’s control panel or by using a plugin like ?? WP-Optimize.
If you’re still experiencing this issue after following these steps, we’d appreciate more information to help us diagnose the problem. Specifically, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you have all this information, you can paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There are no payment methods available.Hi @rasitagac,
Except for Woocomerce’s internal payment methods, no payment methods are shown on the payment page. I can’t show payment methods on many different servers, including the wordpress environment I built from scratch. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried this with several plugins, but I get the same error. “There are no payment methods available.”
From what I understand, you’re having trouble displaying payment methods on your payment page, and this issue is persisting across multiple servers and plugins, with the error message “There are no payment methods available.” appearing. I appreciate the steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot this issue yourself.
Having checked your site (https://beyhude.co), it appears that you’re using the Block-Based Checkout with the Checkout Block. If this is the case, it’s important to confirm that your chosen payment gateway is compatible with our Cart and Checkout Blocks. You can verify this by referring to the list of supported payment gateways for our Cart and Checkout Blocks here: ?? Cart and Checkout Blocks: Supported Payment Gateway.
In the event that your payment gateway is not supported, I would suggest switching to the
[woocommerce_checkout]
shortcode.Alternatively, you might want to consider using a supported payment gateway like WooPayments. This is a fully integrated payment solution that accepts credit/debit cards and local payment methods without any setup or monthly fees. More information on WooPayments can be found in our ?? WooPayments Documentation.
If none of the above steps resolve your issue, it would be very helpful if you could share your site’s System Status with us. This can be found in your WooCommerce dashboard under WooCommerce > Status. Please select ‘Get system report‘ and then ‘Copy for support‘.
Moreover, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. These can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We’re here to assist you and get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Multi currency bannerIs there any way I can set the banner that says ‘WE NOTICED YOU’RE VISITING FROM UNITED KINGDOM (UK). WE’VE UPDATED OUR PRICES TO POUND STERLING FOR YOUR SHOPPING CONVENIENCE….’ not to show? I do want the currency to switch to their own at checkout but my product pages are not Woo pages and therefore the price appears in USD and doesn’t switch until cart / checkout.
From what I understand, you’re seeking a way to disable the banner notification that informs the user of the currency change based on their location, while still keeping the functionality of currency conversion at the checkout stage. You’ve also mentioned that your product pages are not WooCommerce pages and therefore, the prices are displayed in USD and do not switch until the cart/checkout stage.
To provide you with the most accurate solution, could you please provide us with additional details? Specifically, it would be helpful if you could tell us which multi-currency plugin you are using for this functionality. Also, could you please share the URL of your website? This information will allow us to better understand your setup and guide you through the process.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] There has been a critical error on this websiteHi @adityauchiha,
while installing Woocommerce plugin it says- installation failed: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
From what I understand, you’re encountering a critical error message while trying to install the WooCommerce plugin. The error message you’re seeing usually indicates a compatibility issue with your theme or other plugins, or possibly a hosting account that isn’t meeting the minimum requirements to run WooCommerce, as Stef has rightly pointed out.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Check Theme Compatibility: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and then attempt to install the plugin again. If it works, then the issue might be with your current theme.
- Disable Other Plugins: Deactivate all other plugins and then try to install WooCommerce. If the installation is successful, reactivate your other plugins one by one to identify if there is a conflicting plugin. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
- Check Hosting Requirements: Ensure that your hosting provider meets the minimum requirements for WooCommerce. Here’s a link to the ?? WooCommerce Server Recommendations.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, we would need more information to help you further. Please provide us with details such as the specific error message you’re receiving (if any), the version of WordPress you’re using, the list of plugins you have installed, and details about your hosting environment.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sale prices are not updatingHi @webfaithmedia,
I also have this issue, and I notice that when I add Variations, the LIST price and SALE price are turning up BLANK, and you cannot save THE PRICE once you add Variations options.
From what I understand, you’re encountering a similar issue where the List price and Sale price fields are turning up blank when you add Variation options. It seems that the prices are visible on the shop or product pages, but they appear blank once you add the Variations. When you revisit the Pricing section, both the List price and Sale price fields are empty.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product list is stuckI’ve managed to fix it. It was caused due to using the beta product editing.
Thank you for getting back to us and for letting us know that you’ve managed to resolve the issue. I’m glad to hear that you were able to identify the beta product editing as the cause.
I wanted to share with you that I’ve tested the same process on our end using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, Storefront theme, and the “Try new product editor (Beta)” option enabled, without any other plugins enabled. However, I was unable to reproduce the problem.
Here’s an image for your reference:
Image Link: https://s5.gifyu.com/images/Siq49.gif
This could mean that the issue may be specific to your site or due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. If you encounter any similar issues in the future, I would recommend disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. If it does, then the issue might be with the WooCommerce plugin itself or your site’s settings. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Fatal ErrorHi @1stepahead,
Thank you for getting back to us and providing more details about the issue you’re experiencing. I understand how critical this issue is for you and I’m here to assist you.
The error you’re encountering is a common one when there’s a conflict between a theme and a plugin, in this case, WooCommerce. The function get_cart_contents_total() is a WooCommerce function, and it’s trying to call this function on a null object, which is causing the error.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Check for Updates: Make sure that your WooCommerce plugin, WordPress, and themes are all updated to their latest versions. Often, these types of issues can be resolved with an update.
- Check Your PHP Version: Ensure that your website is running on a supported version of PHP. WooCommerce recommends using PHP 7.4 and up to version 8.1. Here’s a link to the ?? WooCommerce Server Recommendations.
- Switch to a Default Theme: If the issue persists even after updating, try switching to a default WordPress theme such as Storefront to see if the issue persists. If the issue resolves, it’s likely a problem with your theme and you should reach out to the theme’s developers.
- Disable All Plugins Except WooCommerce: If the issue persists with a default theme, try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce. If the error disappears, start reactivating plugins one by one until the error reappears. This will help you identify the conflicting plugin. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
- Turn on Debugging: Should the problem still be there, let’s try activating debugging in WordPress. This can help us pinpoint the issue. You can turn on debugging by adding these lines to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
This will create a debug.log file in your wp-content directory, logging any PHP errors or notices. For a more detailed guide on enabling debugging in WordPress, you can visit this link: ?? Debugging in WordPress.
If the issue continues after trying these steps, please share more details, like the exact error messages you see when debug mode is on. This will help us identify and solve the problem more effectively.
We’d also appreciate it if you could share your site’s System Status report. This will help us understand your site’s setup better and identify the problem. You can find it via
WooCommerce > Status
. SelectGet system report
and thenCopy for support
.Once you have all this information, you can paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Hi @modernscarface,
we are going to scrap this whole site and start over. The client is encountering so many issues with his website and we convinced him it is better to rebuild than to deal with the mess the previous web developer left us to work with.
Thank you for your response and no worries at all about the confusion. It’s understandable given the differences in browser rendering.
We’re glad to hear that you’ve found a solution, albeit a drastic one. Starting over can sometimes be the best way to ensure a clean, well-functioning site, especially when the existing one is causing continuous issues.
We’re here to assist you in any way we can during this process. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or run into any issues with WooCommerce on the new site.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this troubleshooting process. Have a great day and good luck with the rebuild!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Remove unnecessary fields from checkout pageHi @rufatabbasov,
Now PHP hook worked and I could remove the fields just entering PHP functions (hook) to functions.php file of the theme. I don’t know what is the disatvantage of using shortcode but anyway, it worked.
I’m glad to hear that the solution provided by @phppoet worked for you and that you were able to remove the unnecessary fields from the checkout page using the PHP hook and shortcode.
One potential advantage of using the shortcode is that it allows for compatibility with shipping, payment, and other extensions that may not currently be compatible with the Cart and Checkout Blocks. While we’re continuously striving to improve the compatibility of these blocks, using the shortcode method can be a useful workaround in the meantime.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

Hi @cristianjesus89,
Thanks for providing more details. I’ve taken a look at your website and the product details on the page you mentioned.
I couldn’t find the issue you’re experiencing when I checked. The product details page loaded correctly, and all the information seemed to be visible. I’ve taken a screenshot for you to see:
Image Link: https://s5.gifyu.com/images/SiqbT.gif
If you’re still facing this issue, it could be due to a few possible reasons:
- Browser cache: You could try clearing your browser cache or viewing your website in an incognito/private browsing window to check if the issue still occurs.
- Plugin conflict: Sometimes, plugins can interfere with each other, causing some features not to work correctly. You could try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and check if the issue still occurs. If it resolves, then reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the one causing the conflict.
- Theme conflict: You could switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and check if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, the issue might be with your current theme. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
Could you try these steps and let us know if the issue still occurs? If it does, could you please provide more details? We’re interested in knowing what device and browser you’re using, and whether the issue occurs on all products or only certain ones.
We would also find it helpful to see your site’s System Status report. This can give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find the report under WooCommerce > Status. Choose Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve collected this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
