Hi,
I did what you suggested with no result.
This is what I already testet:
– Resetting the template
– Deactivating and activating the plugin
– Deinstalling the plugin and installing it again
– Building a template from scratch
As I wrote, all other templates are working, the “order on hold” is the only one. And Imade sure, that all settings are the same. There are no copies of any other eMail Customizing programm templates in my child theme (using Hello child).
So, what else can I do?
