Only the Admin is able to add services/staff,and users with the role of ‘Editor’or’Author’ can only see the calendar page. It is by design.
We think the services/staff info should be edited by the site owner. Why do not you assign him the role of ‘Admin’?If you have any other questions,please submit a topic in our website forum, since we do not monitor here everyday.

Currently sorting services by alphabetical order is not supported. They are listed in descending order of creation time.

We can not reproduce the problem you mentioned. We guess it might be caused by the admin menu order conflict.We will try to resolve it in our next release.
