Our plugin confirms to WordPress Coding standard. And it is used by thousands of WordPress websites.It is rarely reported that the website disappeared after installing our plugin.

Our guess is that it might has something to do with your memory limitation.

Currently each staff member can view and only view his own appointments. But he can not make other settings like setting work schedules. Those can only be done by the administrator.

Setting the interval time is only supported in Pro Business edition.There is no way to do that in Personal edition.

As also mentioned by WooCommerce, most requirements of PCI-DSS are beyond the scope of WordPress and WooCommerce – instead falling into the area of hosting and business policies/best practice for the website owner to abide by.But cheap, shared hosts are unlikely to support PCI compliance.

We are not doing that on purpose. 15mins interval is the initial design of our plugin. When customers asked for more flexibility on the interval, we add that option in our pro edition.

Your appointments made through scheduler can be synced to your google calendar. The way we sync appointments to Google Calendar is using iCal feed. But there is a known issue of syncing iCal with Google Calender, sometimes it might take a very long time for the iCal events to be synced to Google Calendar. If you insist on using Google Calendar, you might need to manually download appointments and then import to Google Calendar and print. With outlook and Apple calendar, you just need set up the sync once and all appointments will show there without any delay. All you need is just clicking the print button. So if you also use Apple calendar or Outlook, we would recommend them as your first choice.

Can you share a link to your booking form?

To make the plugin work, please follow this guide. Make sure you set up at least one location, one service and one staff member. Config them properly, like which services can be provided in which location, which staff member can perform which service etc. And do not forget to set the work schedule for each staff member.
