If you read info in the description tab, you will find that we clearly note what features are included in the free version and what in the premium ones. We don’t think we are misleading users.

Our customers give us good reviews because they are happy with our product and service. They also want to help others to choose best plugin providers. We think our WordPress community will benefit from it too.

Regarding emails, we have planned to add admin notification in our next major release for free version. As we are busy rewriting the plugin, you have to wait for a while.

Viewing all staffs’ appointments is not supported in free edition. Free edition is supposed to be used by just one staff member.

You can hide Service and Provider fields. But you need create at least one service and one provider to make it work.
