I had a similar problem just figured it out. You have to add a shipping method first before it will show up on the checkout page. Let me know if you fix it or still cant figure it out.

Thanks Matt, but i’m not using a any other plugin excerpt the woocommerce plugin. An i have enabled it in the woocommerce plugin.
