In reply to: Can't upload images as any role, other than AdministratorOkay, I’ve tried doing a fresh install on WAMP and from there acsessing the PHPMyAdmin database (local) to look look for the wp-capabilities field.
Then I opened the PHPMyAdmin database relating to my own domain to see wether there is a difference in the fields. It turns out that there is no difference and that both field (in local and domain) are identically the same. So I tried isolating the problem by creating another user in local with the role of author and to try uploading a picture. I did this in the pro direct theme.
Even the fresh install in local showed the same error.
Then I tried disabling the pro-direct theme and just applying a standard theme.
Now I definitely know it’s theme related. Because in the standard themes, it’s possible to upload images as other roles than admin.
Refugeesharing is nearly finished. Uploading images is the only thing missing. Please help me out.

In reply to: Can't upload images as any role, other than AdministratorThanks for your reply.
However, I do have a few questions:
– If I do a fresh-install again, I will lose my whole webpage. I’ve put atleast a 100 hours in it.
– I just re-installed the User Role Editor plugin and I’ve reset all my roles to standard wordpress. The problem still persists and I’ve lost all of the roles that where included with the custom Pro-directory theme that enables users to post listings. Is there a way to retreive these roles and role-capabilities?
– Can you please take a look at my website to see what the problem may be?Thanks
