In reply to: Admin login problemFound my problem. It was actually caused by the chrome extension ‘Hola’. Maybe this will be helpful for someone else.

In reply to: www.domain.com/blogNo I am using wp as a website so there are both pages and posts. As you suggested I have now created a page called ‘blog’ and set it as a static page for posts. Just a bit confused that teh site has been live for a few weeks and it’s only just stopped working. Anyway it’s fixed now so thanks.

In reply to: problemHi
Thanks for your reply but what you suggest doesn’t work because the ‘newpage’ link will be relative to the current page and many of my pages are sub-pages of parents. So a link to newpage within https://www.domain/sub-page/ would end up at https://www.domain/subpage/newpage.
I need to use the siteurl to give me absolute links.

In reply to: controlling custom menu classesOk how about a slightly different approach; how can rename the classes current_page_item, current-link-item, current_page_parent etc so that I just need to style .active
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Styling custom menusI got it working by adding the following to wp_nav_menu
‘container_id’ => ‘mymenuclass’
Not sure why this would be necessary. I’m not very impressed with the volume of classes wp is using for these menus.
Avoid this plugin. The download does not include the example templates. The developer has sold the codebase and the new owner provides no useful support – see above….
You haven’t answered my question.
I know how to apply a template.
My question was where are the templates?
Why are they not included with the plugin?
This plugin requires too much server memory. My webhost limits me to 2Mb for uploads. This plugin requires much more memory than the total of the uploaded images. For example if I upload 4 images totalling about 1Mb then I get a message ‘memory exceeded require 30Mb’. How can it require so much memory?
