In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LS 4.4. + WCFM = 100% CPU loadSeems to be a hosting related problem – for all I can tell.
Marking this as resolved.I.e. cloning the website to another server got it all working perfectly fine on that server. While cloning that clone back to the original site kept making problems with CPU usage.
Will post info if I figure out the problem cause, in case anyone else runs into a similar problem.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LS 4.4. + WCFM = 100% CPU loadHi @qtwrk
Thanks for taking the time to look into this. ??
I’ve just created a ticket.Switching the PHP version from 7.4. to 8.0 seems to have dropped the CPU load below 20%. Though it’s still not zero when the website is completely idle (no visitors whatsoever).
Is there a set of PHP extensions (modules) that is necessary for the current WCFM version to function properly?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LS 4.4. + WCFM = 100% CPU loadHere’s a list of the plugins – huge, but it’s been tested for months and didn’t have any problems until recently (not that it’s a good idea for a production site).
Disabling either LS, or WCFM solves the problem.Code Snippets

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LS 4.4. + WCFM = 100% CPU loadI happens on the entire website.
Even when no one is visiting it.Very, very strange to say the least – haven’t seen anything like it ever.
Suspected a DDOS, then some virus – but couldn’t find anything.
Then I started the good old plugin disabling and found the culprit.
Also, I know when the problem had started, so I was looking: which plugin did I update at the time. LS was the only one – nothing else was touched for days before.
It may not be a LS problem – maybe the noted plugin has some “substandard code” or something (not sure, I’m not an expert, just thinking out loud).

In reply to: Some back-end glitches in 5.8Tried that – with a fresh WP install just in case.
The sticky block below the gallery blocks seems to be down to the GeneratePress theme (no problems with the 2021 theme).
The other problems persist.
Fresh install, with no plugins (deleting “Hello Dolly” always brings tears to my eyes ?? ).

In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Can’t edit service name (since update)Hi Nikola,
Yandex browser is to blame. ??
I tried using Chrome and it works perfectly.
My bad for not having tried that right away. Sorry.
Older version (before the update) worked fine with Yandex too.

In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Can’t edit service name (since update)Hi Nikola,
Yes, tried with the latest version – still the same problems. ??
Purged caches, before testing – just in case.
Tried with compatibility mode on, and off – same results.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Can’t edit service name (since update)EDIT/update:
Same problem is with saving any other Service property, like Duration, Block after etc.2)
Another thing I noticed:
If I set Slot step to 30 minutes.
Duration to 60.
And Block After to 60.
I still can register an appointment at 20:00, and another one at 21:30, for example. Not sure if that’s normal – and I just misunderstood how the configuration works.
Also, if editing Service properties can be fixed, I could get the desired results by just editing Duration (I hope), but providing the info if it helps further development, or troubleshooting.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [SrbTransLatin - Serbian Latinisation] Zapa?anjaOK, re?eno.
That link shows 404 from my browser(s)?
https://io.bikegremlin.com/pocetna/sitemap.xml
As for the language tag, my other language is set to hr (“Croatian” – same as Serbian, only nationalists decided for Serbian to use only Cyrillic, and Croatian to only use Latin script – for the same language, that had both scripts officially when I was at school, and with everyone in Serbia primarily using the Latin script… ?? – not going to politics, just explaining why it’s set to Croatian ).
Anyway, it’s no bug.
When I rename robots.txt, TSF puts its own, showing this:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.phpSitemap: https://io.bikegremlin.com/sitemap.xml
—-
So no sitemap added for the other languages (default/main is English, the other language is Croatian – hr).
I’d use the time to write everything down – what you tested and how. The standard stuff: when the problem first occured. Whether anything was changed/updated prior to the malfunction… Since you are likely to be asked that – save at least some time in solving the problem once the tech. support is operational. ??
Writing things down often helps me figure out the problem cause, or at least get an idea what else to try.
