WordPress asks for ftp information and then upgrading the plugins always fails, so I tried to install a new plugin manually through FTP program, but permission is denied. I was told that I no longer am able to use ftp to change plugins as apache is the owner.

Regular tag cloud does indeed show the same tags.

So let’s say a tag has two topics associated with it, and there are also a number of other tags associated with two topics.

Do the tags that were added to the cloud first just stay there until another tag overtakes them?

I guess so, as this seems to be what is happening.

I disabled the Category SEO Plugin and now the tags seem to be working again..
