So I changed may background image to get the effect i wanted when i try to cahnge or delete the header image i dont see any changes unless i clear recent history (cookies and cache) on my browser.

How can i see changes without doing that every time, obviously I shouldnt have to do that each time right?

Also there is the default image in the header still, i use firebug and change the code to get rid of it, but it just says it is on line 62 so how do i find where this part of the code is in wordpress?

Just to make it clear, i also need to know WHAT code to add to the child theme style sheet!

Only possible glitch was I go this general warning:

How do i understand what these mean and what I should do about ?
