In reply to: [Related Posts by Bibblio] Recommendations not displaying in AMP pageThanks, that should be coming up very soon.
Your catalogue has now been cleared, so if you’d like to reimport your posts, you can do so by going to the Settings tab in your plugin and hitting Import published posts.
Have a great day as well!

In reply to: [Related Posts by Bibblio] Recommendations not displaying in AMP pageHi Olgierd,
Thanks for your question. We actually don’t yet support Google AMP, but it’s currently going through our pipeline and should be rolled out in our next plugin update.
Are you still seeing the extraneous data on your AMP pages? We can clear your catalogue and you can re-import your posts if so.

In reply to: [Related Posts by Bibblio] Changing place where reccomendations are displayedHi Olgierd,
Thanks for the feedback! Really great to hear that you like the plugin.
You can certainly change where the module is displayed. First step is to remove the existing module. In the Modules tab of Bibblio’s plugin, set Automatically feature one module at the end of my posts to None and hit Save.
Then to add the module back in, in your WordPress admin, on the left, navigate to Appearance –> Widgets and drag the Bibblio Related Posts bar into your Footer. If you place it above your Comments widget, it should appear beneath the author’s bio. Note that you’ll need to add the header back in manually, under Title, and the font size should match the rest of your site.
And our next release will feature the ability to select from a range of font sizes for the names within the module itself, so stay tuned!

In reply to: [Related Posts by Bibblio] Same posts on all widgets on pageThanks for the suggestion! You’re right that for customers using two modules, it would be helpful to have the option to display different posts in each one. We’re looking into including this feature in an upcoming release.
Hi Vlad,
You might be using an older version of PHP. See here for reference: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40624805/parse-error-syntax-error-unexpected-how-to-fix-this-one
Our plugin is compatible with PHP version 5.6, or higher. Once you update, you should be able to use the plugin, but let us know if that doesn’t do the trick.

In reply to: [Related Posts by Bibblio] Piece of CrapHi Blueyefinity,
Sorry to hear you had trouble installing the plugin. Hopefully we can get you up and running asap.
You can automatically add the module to all your posts by navigating to Appearance –> Widgets in your WordPress admin and dragging the Bibblio widget into your page area of choice. You can also automatically ingest all the posts you would like to be recommended by going into the plugin’s Settings and selecting Import published posts.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Bibblio SupportHi Mitch,
Thanks for flagging this. Sorry to hear you were having trouble connecting to Bibblio’s API. Are you still having this issue? When we were working together before, I know you were able to connect to our API successfully, so this may be due to a problem with IP communication. We will need to learn a little more about your underlying stack to help you debug.
If you’d like to contact us directly, please email [email protected], and we can get on a Google Hangout to help you identify the root cause. Hopefully we can get you up and running again asap.
Best,
Matthew
