@mbrsolution – I performed the backups from the network admin site – the first two ran absolutlely fine, and I checked the backup files created on the server as well – a .zip for the db, and a .txt for htaccess.
@wpsolutions – I clicked on ‘Settings’, where it prompts me to backup these 3 things before making changes (“Backup wp-config.php file”). I clicked on the links for each, and the links take me to the relevant menu item/tabs – Settings > wp-config.php tab in this case. And then I clicked on the blue “Backup wp-config.php File” button.
