Yes, the plugin is designed to send recovery emails to both logged-in and non-logged-in users. Once a user enters their email address during checkout, the plugin captures it and ensures the recovery email is sent regardless of their login status.

Can you check if the webhook events are configured with your webhook This is the list of the supported webhook events:
- charge.captured
- charge.refunded
- charge.dispute.created
- charge.dispute.closed
- payment_intent.succeeded
- payment_intent.amount_capturable_updated
- payment_intent.payment_failed
- review.opened
- review.closed
You can also try deleting the webhook, creating a new one, and connecting to see if that helps.
