Having same problem with 2.7 out of the box. Makes me worried about what other problems I’ll find.

How do I disable revisions?

Am having the exact same problem. I’ve disabled all plugins. This is a fresh WordPress 2.62 install. What the heck could be causing this?

I did. The problems came from importing it. Everything I tried led to these crappy artifacts. I’ve got a pristine copy of my database sitting on my computer. I’m just sick of trying to figure out the importing stuff.

I tried out the UTF8 sanitize plug-in…and it seems to have worked!

No clue what it did. But it fixed the weird characters.

icons eh?

I’ve redesigned the site to be a little more visually dynamic. Depending on the category of the post, the post snippets get different background that incorporate icons into them. I think it mixes up the front page a little more.

Thoughts?

Could you be more specific? What 1 or two things would you change?
