Jan–Thanks for the advice. Sorry about not following the correct protocol in posting. I was quite panicked as I am responsible to updating a website for some other people and now I’ve managed to make it not accessible.

If I can no longer access my dashboard any longer because of the Fatal Exception, how can I revert to the previous version? Thanks in advance for any reply.

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘This version of Quick Cache requires PHP v5.3+.[snip].

I can no longer access my dashboard and my website cannot be accessed.
All from updating a supposedly simple little plug-in. Is WP doing something about this? I have NO idea what to do. And, right before the holiday when people I’m trying to reach for help have left town.

And, ironically, I just emailed someone the other day, saying how WP is so easy to use and “intuitive.”
