We have learned there is an issue with our default USPS API account that is pre-populated when you activate the USPS Shipping extension. I am very sorry for the inconvenience at this time. In the meantime, please move forward with the steps below toy fix the issue right away.
Please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Visit this USPS site Web Tools APIs > Click Register Now button

Fill our all necessary information, then click "Submit" button.

Step 2

After successful sign up, you will receive an email from USPS. Please copy the Username ID shown there in the email.

Final Step

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > USPS then paste to swap the current one with the User ID you just copied.

Sometimes, this does not solve the issue right away. If you still cannot see the rates returned, please clear server-side/website cache.

Moving forward, we will be asking our customers who use USPS Shipping to obtain their own User ID (rather than pre-populating the User ID on our end). So once you are finished, you will be good to go!

IF you have FTP access or file manager access in your hosting to your website, go under /wp-content/themes and delete the DIVI file. This will cause wordpress to revert to one of the default themes. Don’t worry! You wont lose anything. Then you will be able to log in, and after downloading the most current version of DIVI from Elegant Themes, you can install it and activate it like normal. this will fix the problem!

Checking back! We are still not able to print shipping labels.

@jessepearson – No dice! There was no errors at that time. I’ve confirmed the WC Services plugin is the most current version, and I disconnected/reconnected jetpack. I’m still having the same problem.

I checked the status logs again after I retried to print the labels, and there still were not critical errors logged.

I would put my name on this list that says I would use your plugin if it was an embedable option. Otherwise, I’m out as well…
