Many thanks for the fast reply. I have updated PHP to v5.4 – removed and installed the pluging, but get the same error when I activate it.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/sites/firstediction.co.uk/public_html/2010it/wp-content/plugins/orbisius-child-theme-creator/orbisius-child-theme-creator.php on line 274

I forgot to mention, I cant log into either site anymore – WP-ADMIN is also broken.

just an quick update – the issue without doubt happens when trying to post pictures from the Gallery – we can select pictures, but wordpress fails to complete the post and sits there trying to upload it.

Text based blogs appear to be ok.

Hi – thanks for the update – the Android help does not really cover the issue – but we have just installed the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-t310 4.4.2 and the apps worked perfectly on the same blog.

Went back to the Asus and still having problems.

Update from my last post – I created a functions.php in the 2014 child folder and dropped in the line of code above. It completely crashed the site. I had no access to WordPress at all, the only way to resolve it was to FTP to the site and delete the file. !!!

Hi All – This has now been resolved – fix below…

Fix Fatal Error Problem – memory issue
You need to edit “wp-config.php file in the root of the WordPress install folder – its easy to find. Make a backup first then add the following line “define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );” as shown below. Its on about line 19 just below all the intro text lines.

// ** MySQL settings – You can get this info from your web host ** //
/** The name of the database for WordPress */
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );

Sorry – must be Mr Thick today – I have just sorted it out !!!

Sorry for the delay – yes, it has been resolved we needed to play around with the CSS but all working now…

This is a great plugin, its a pity it cant be customised easily.

Hi Sunny – just to confirm the plugin is now working. Just upgrading didn’t work, you must totally un-install and reinstall the plugin.
