I’m having trouble uploading a screenshot for some reason, but the error happens when I click on a product in the dashboard. It’s directly over the product description, and on every product as far as I can tell. Thanks for your response! There is no online checkout process as the client completes all his transactions in person. (he sells antique furniture). I conduct monthly updates to the site by the 10th of every month. I haven’t done that yet this month as this issue has taken precedence. Last month I updated the following plugins, and I always check to ensure the website is still working in between all plugin updates. Nothing is set to autoupdate.

The only edits that have been made is that the client added some new products July 8-10 (previously on June 26). On July 11, the client noticed that the shop page wasn’t populating, exactly what’s happening now. I saw there was a Woo update, so I updated it (backing up first of course), and the issue went away immediately. The only other edits to the website was on July 30 when the client added 3 more products. He noticed today the shop page wasn’t populating again. Nothing else has been done or any edits made. No new plugins added or removed.

The error on all the products says this: Failed to load plugin: wpview from url https://www.levygalleries.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wpview/plugin.min.js

I have no idea what plugin that’s referring to but I’ve seen a few other threads about tinymce…or if it’s even related to this?

Hi @ckadenge, the client does not want people to purchase from the website. It is merely a way for people to view the items, so there’s no need for a checkout page, cart or my account pages.

Nothing is set to hidden that I’ve checked. I don’t add the products, my client does, but he’s been doing it for years and there’s never been an issue. I did notice this error when I pulled up a product though. Says it failed to load plugin. Wondering if that has something to do with it.

Yes the shop page is selected and correct. I had also purged the cache and that didn’t do anything either.

I guess I’ll just have to restore to a previous version as I have no idea how this happened. Waiting on confirmation from the client before proceeding.

Based on your explanation I’ll need to manually add the specific tax to the different products once I’ve set it up in settings? Please correct me if I’m mistaken.

What I thought was 800 products is now over 1800. And different products, based on what they are, will have different taxes. Will I be able to apply the special taxes to, say, an entire category? Or will they have to be added manually to each item?

Thanks so much for your response. Yes, that makes sense.

Other question for you though: what about using WooSquare Pro? I was told that it helps eliminate the issues with categories for better inventory management through square, though I haven’t researched it thoroughly yet. I guess the end issue is still that Square only supports single categories, which is the main roadblock. Just trying to think through this problem!

So I changed the image size for one image to 1329 by 1000 pixels and the size never changed on the single product page.
