Hey @wpusermanager, I was having that same issue so I updated my PHP to 5.6 and it caused my site to pull a HTTP error. In debug mode, it showed the weird shortcodes error mentioned in other support threads. Not sure what to do here — really need to get this plugin back up and running ASAP. Please advise.
