Yes, I am experiencing problems. And I’m totally bummed here b/c I previously had a smooth functioning system! However, I just updated to the most recent versions of a) WordPress, b) the Gravity Forms Plugin, and c) the Gravity Forms Highrise Add-on. And now my data is not presenting in Highrise.

    Help?

I was afraid of that! ?? Alright, well, thanks for the explanation.

Actually, just for clarity, let me ask whether this can be done using the current WP installation, i.e. the one that already has all of the images, video, customized .css and .php files?

I ask b/c I’m just not familiar…and b/c I am under the impression that the current installation has a database with missing tables. So, I’m wondering if that will negatively effect me…?

If that is not recommended, if the preferred method would be to start from scratch, is there any sense in pulling down the .css, .php files, graphics, etc. and then replacing them in a new, fresh WP installation?

SongDog, yeah, that’s what I feared.

As for the cached pages, YES, I do see several of them on Google. Might sound stupid, but how exactly do they help? If it were an HTML website, I would understand what to do. Being a WP site, I’m afraid I don’t know where to begin. Could you please instruct me? (I’d be extremely grateful!)

Grateful for the help, you two.

Okay, so I fear I may be in for learning a horrible lesson. I did not make a local backup before updating this last time. AND the only backup on the system is also missing tables (according to my host’s support guy).

At this stage, I’d happily go back several updates to get the site to appear normally.

Perhaps a stupid question, but is it possible to restore the db without a backup?

    3.1.2

BTW: Earlier I attempted to Restore a Backup, b/c I thought that would return the database to how it existed at the time the backup was taken (which was last WED), but it does not appear to have fixed things.

I believe so. This was the reply from the host:

I have checked the database ‘wrd_ied1mhai44’ and noticed that some of the tables are missing. Hence you are experiencing the issue. I have checked the backup and found same number of tables. Please verify this from your end and upload the tables to the database.

I believe I have a similar issue: the most obvious example can be seen here –> https://bettylocal.com/betty-local-seattle/ <– notice there are two broken images. Everything else in the site appears just fine. My host is suggesting that I need to disable permalinks. (Not sure how to do that or whether it’s even warranted.)

Will give the head tag trick a go…crossing fingers it might help me.

    Any other ideas out there???
