    Hi Ahmed,

    these are only beautiful words. When your help desk is to slow, hire some people. When software quality is bad, test it before release and make it better.

    Still waiting for my request of refund ;-). Got a mail from your support about forwarding, but again no confirmation of my request.

    thank you so much for your support! You solved my problem ?? and make me happy again!

    You were right with your question if I use the same PHP Version! My live site and the development server had a different version. Now running PHP 7.1.12 on both machines and restoring is working fine.

    Hi,

    no, I can′t access the site. It breaks while restoring the database. It looks like a white screen of death.

    My database is about 85 MB, but there are only 15 MB restored before the process hangs up.

    Tried to make a backup of my life site for more than 10 times with different options (e. g. with/without images, cache, plugins….), but no backup is able to be restored.

    My workflow is to backup the live site and then restore it on my local machine for testing purposes. Worked well before the last update.
