I already deactivated all plugins but the problem persists. I am using an older version of wordpress because I used the app installion service of my website hoster. I can only update through the webapp of this hoster and it does not allow any more up to date versions of wordpress than the one i am using.
BTW: the hoster is Strato. Do not use strato the service is terrible
