I had the same question, and found this video from Borlabs:

Short answer: The solution is “script blocking” in Borlabs.
Create a script blocker in Borlabs, copy the unblocking-code and paste additional to your “Google Tag Manager”-Cookie Opt-In-Code.

With version 5.1.1 I can not connect to my mailjet-account.
Some time I am rejected, and have to start again with entering API-key.
After deleting and reinstalling the new plugin it seams to work, for now.

In the first steps to configure mailjet some Descriptions are confusing:
1. Sync wordpress-users, I can choose a mailing-list (ok)
and I can choose two buttons: BACK or SKIP THIS STEP (?)
I want to set this option and go on.

2. on settings-page for integration is a french sentence (Afficher la case à cocher “S’inscrire à notre newsletter” sur la page de paiement et ajouter les abonnés à cette liste) in the german translation.
