Hi,
and thanks for caring! I put screenshots with/without here:
To give a brief summary of this support thread from the user’s point of view, which we then continued in direct contact: Not only was the support incredibly fast, it was also thorough. The support team not only sent me a CSS code that solved the problem, but also found an error in the code of my CSS in the process.
Highly recommendable. Thanks a lot!
Thanks again. Unfortunately, it does not change anything, the problem persists. I’ve sent a support request to BetterDocs, if they know the problem.
Found the conflucting plugin. It’s Better Docs / Better Docs pro, if you activate “Instant Answer”, that shows a button down left on mobile. If you deactivate it, the button for Better Messages works perfect. The button for BetterDocs is not affected, it works all the time.
Unfortunately, we are running a large service- and helppage with BetterDocs I can’t do without.
I’ll contact the support of BetterDocs, but if anyone here knows a solution … any hint would be appreciated.
Fastest support answer ever, thanks for caring so fast. Of course, the blue button works here. So I’ll dive down in activating and deactivating other plugins … will take a while.

In reply to: [The SEO Framework – Fast, Automated, Effortless.] Structured dataHi and thanks for caring! I filed a support request (ID 2263598) to Ecwid support which is not answered yet – mentioning this only to prevent double work for you.
I will switch back from iframe anyway, but our site will be in a nationwide tv-show today, so that I have to prepare to prevent DOS, when they all rush in at the same time. May I contact you later? Which ticket?

In reply to: [The SEO Framework – Fast, Automated, Effortless.] Structured dataThanks for the very fast reply! I’ll ask Ecwid … they offer a direct cart script, but it slows down the page with a lot of JavaScript that I cannot really delay – what I can do with the iframe. I’ll wait for their response and if they don’t have an idea I go back to the cart script.

In reply to: [Gutenberg Block Editor Toolkit – EditorsKit] Bug reportThanks for the quick reply!
Hi Mateusz,
happy new year! As promised, here my report about the solution (well, somehow). It is a problem with the editor of the Ad Manager-plugin of GVectors. To be honest, I ran in the same problem two years ago, did not remember the stuff and found my own support thread there.
This is what I answered another forum member there, who was complaining about the same problem without help:
I ran in the same problem again and needed some time to remember this older thread. For test reason, I put in a picture of 1200 width in the visual editor or something like that, then of 640 – and the output was always the same, 330×113. Minified, pixelated, unreadable. We have a plugin running that produces modern image formats like WebP and AVIF, but it took the jpg always.
You have to hardcode it in the text-editor, putting in the wanted pictures name and width, then it works. I never experienced this with the normal WordPress-editor like written above by GVectors support, but at least it works, although it’s not comfortable at all. But the image reacts responsive.
Thanks for your support, Bernd

I’ve had a bit of luck on the fly and started with the most recently installed plugins. Apparently the “Embed Plus YouTube WordPress Plugin Pro” interferes with your plugin, because when I disable this plugin, the image reappears as WebP again. Unfortunately still pixelated, but I’ll take care of that tomorrow …
Yes I will. Started already the activate/deactivate tour, but will surely not finish today (only if I should have great luck) …
