I am using this the pro version and I have set up several shipping classes. However, when I test buying the product with one of the pre set shipping classes the shipping cost does not show on the vendor new order email, as well does not appear when the vendor checks their order details in the pro dashboard.
I have attached images as examples.
Custom new order – shows the customer what they have paid for their shipping [attached to display the shipping class I set up ($8.50 via sendle national) and testing]
Vendor new order email – no indication the shipping the customer paid and shipping appears as $0.00
Pro dashboard and pro dashboard vendor order details – shows that we are using the pro plug in and have tested it several times, but there is still a $0.00 value for the same order
Please help us fix this problem
