Ok perfect. Is it possible that when then the first popup loads, the visitor has to click a checkbox and only when they check the box, the second popup loads right after?

Yes it doesnt seem to me matter what the client is, formatting is lost

it happens on outloook client and any browser. Doesn’t seem to matter where you view the email from.

So just to confirm the current plugin simply gets a quote based on your package weight?

Ok yes it seems to be a currency issue.
So here is my question
I want to sell in USD but my UPS account is in Canada. The API fails because of the currency mismatch. Any way around this?
