Just a quick update: I managed to fix this in a way. I went in to phpmyadmin and deleted the 2 database entries in wp_posts for that particular post. I then created a new post and pasted in all the old one’s content and images etc. It now works again as you’ll see.

However, I really need to know why this happened, as it could have happened to countless other posts, and could occur again (at any time?). Can anyone explain this? Is it something to do with the WordPress 3.3 update?

Hey Samuel B, thanks for the link. The problem is that it takes out the page from all the menus on my site, rather than only the navbar.

The Twenty Ten theme coding is a little unusual for me so I can’t figure it out. Does anyone know of the right code to look for and where to edit the navbar?

I don’t have the site up yet, I’m just fiddling with the theme files…I put the whole header code into that pastebin link though. I was thinking of adding this just before the <title> on the 6th line:

I think you meant to say change it to -320 not 320, but it’s done the trick.
