FYI Nick I figured my issue out. I had actually hard-coded the link into the excerpt because I wanted to control what it looked like more fully. Oops! Kind of like not realizing the computer wasn’t plugged in… thanks for taking the time to answer the questions!

Yes I put in some custom text for the more_text (I think) – ala “Read More about…” but it’s strange that it seems to still be recalling the site before I switched it over…

Nick, I don’t think I modified anything. Where would the code be for this and what should it say?

Hello. Having an interesting issue with this plugin (which is great, btw).

I have the Featured Amplified Widget functioning in Genesis with the Enterprise Child Theme, linking to one page, with a featured image justified left, excerpt text, and a custom “more text” link.

I’ve installed WP in a subdirectory, and when I switch everything over (the site is “live,” appearing to be in the main directory), the permalink for the featured page switches for the image, but not for the “more text” field.

So the image links correctly to https://sitename.com/about/page but the “more text” field links to https://sitename.com/_sub/about/page (which doesn’t work, of course).

I don’t quite know enough about what I’m doing to dig into the code to figure it out, so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
