I assure you we are not terrible people.
We offer all clients a 30 day refund period, this is a timeframe we found long enough to experience the different features of the Pro plugin and reach the right decision about keeping it.

If we allow one client 35 days, we have to allow all clients this. I am sure you can appreciate this in terms of fairness.

That said, I am more than happy to see how our team can help you make the most of Elementor Pro and help you discover all the powerful options it includes.

Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and switching to theme TwentySixteen?

Maybe the problem is with the All in one migration tool. Try to reinstall Elementor, deactivate all other plugins and switch to theme TwentySixteen, see if it works

Cover sets the proportion of the image, it does not cover the image. You can set background hover through Section > Style > Background > Hover

This depends which page you are trying to edit. Does this happen for new pages as well? Try to switch your theme to default and deactivate all plugins except Elementor
