We had updated the plugin as per your comment, however it seems this has not resolved the issue. It doesn’t happen with all submissions, so it’s quite hard to replicate, however we are still getting duplicate bookings from time to time – both in the system and email notifications.
Any help is appreciated. We cannot submit a request on your own website, as we do not have access to the email that originally purchased the Pro version. I suspect other users may be having the same issue (we have this plugin on 4+ websites) so it would be good to update this thread
