First of all you’re using an older version of Elementor Pro (3.2). Please update it to the latest version (3.6.5) at least. Then if the issue still persists please swithc your theme to a default theme or Hello Elementor theme to check if the issue still persists or not. AFter that if the issue still persist then please navigate to plugin details page and open a support ticket at our support center. We will troubleshoot the issue and let you know the update ASAP!

Let me clear this for you. Usually most of the hosting provider turn off the directory browsing to their host. That means you can’t access the /wp-content folder or the php file directly. If you try to access the folder directly then you will shown the “403 access denied” message for security purpose. If your site doesn’t have turned off the directory browsing then contact your hosting provider. They will help you to resolve this issue. For more details you can check this article.

?Also if you want then you can disallow the folders you don’t need to be indexed in Google by the crawler. For more details please check this article from Google. But if the folder has already been indexed then you can remove them by following this article from Google.

I have checked your website and understood the shipping method issue clearly. Then tried to reproduce this issue in my development environment but couldn’t. I am assuming you are using any third party plugins for the shipping method as the default shipping method is working fine on my end.
So, I recommend you to disable all the plugins except Elementor, ShopEngine and Woocommerce to check if that resolves the issue or not. If not then please share your website system info from Elementor > System Info and I will try to reproduce it on my end.

Thanks for your feedback. For our every widget and module we have option to enable or disable it. You can disable the widgets and modules you are not using on your site. That will disable all associated assets of those widgets/modules to improve your site loading speed and will use less resource of your site (screenshot).
Also you need to understand that, there are thousands of third party plugins available in WordPress repository. So, there could be any plugin that has compatibility issue with our plugin which doesn’t follow industry standard coding practices. However, we always offer support if we found that the issue is generating from our plugin if someone contacted our support center or here in support forum.

Thanks for sharing the system info but unfortunately I couldn’t reproduce this issue in my development environment. So, it would be very helpful for us to detect the actual issue if you can open a support ticket at our support center. Navigate to the plugin’s details page and you will find the support center link on the useful link section.

Our plugin is built with React JS and if you want to override the functionality of the plugin then you have to do it in that way. Using jQuery will not work properly in this case. Also for this customization request we can’t help you more.
