In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Sorry. No data so far.Not sure which screen you wanted a screenshot of but here is a link to the “Tools” page in the settings:

And here is a link to a screenshot of the “Debug” screen in the settings:

Alternatively I can create a user for you if you want. Thanks for looking into this.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Sorry. No data so far.So I just tried to do pretty much that on my own.. and this is the result.

I also enabled Ajaxify on the plugin settings and no dice. Also I was getting the “Sorry. No data so far.” error when I switched to Twenty Twenty-One theme, so I really don’t think this is a divi issue.
I’ve also tried to create a basic page on my website without using the Divi builder and the shortcode, and this is the result.

Please let me know what you suggest. At this point it just seems like this plugin isn’t going to work for me.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Sorry. No data so far.Okay – so how exactly would I go about placing the widget in the divi page? Would I use a Divi code module and then place some sort of JS code in there?
If you could advise the best way to do that that would be great and I can avoid using the shortcode method.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Sorry. No data so far.Yeah, I’ve used the shortcode in a Divi text module. That seemed like the best option.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Sorry. No data so far.Hi @hcabrera
As mentioned in my initial post I’ve tried everything in those articles. I disabled the SG Optimizer plugin (along with every other plugin), purged the server side cache, cleared the WordPress cache, cleared browser cache, and even attempted to view my website incognito and using a third party site such as KProxy, nothing fixes the issue.
Neither does switching to another theme… I’m completely baffled as to why this is happening, it’s very frustrating and has been a big waste of time.
I don’t understand why you have to add custom CSS and a custom function to make this happen when you have every other text color option under the “colors” section of your plugin…
You would think that updating the “Color of author box links” setting under the colors section of your plugin would change this… but it obviously doesn’t
Do you guys have any intention of adding this to your plugin as a built in setting?
I had no problems adding the custom CSS or function, however I am building a child theme including your plugin and I really dislike that there is one single custom CSS / Function that a user may have to worry about to change a very small thing.
Just some feedback…
