In reply to: [XPoster - Share to Bluesky and Mastodon] Cannot activate URL shortenerI have not heard back from you about whether you are going to look into jotURL for me. I simply do not understand YOURLs so not going there.
I get tons more clicks on my links if they are shortened than if they are not.
Plus they take up less space than a long URL which is important for twitter content marketing.
As for the Pro version, the “scheduler” you mention, which is why I bought pro, is just a delay parameter and not a real scheduler. So when I realized that I already have that with the Cybersyn SEO Pro plugin that I already have. I see no reason to continue to have Pro.
I would like to request a refund even if jotURL is going to be addressed.
Consider this my formal request for a refund of my Pro account funds.
Thank you,
Benjamin De Mers

In reply to: [wpForo Forum] Forum does not show on mobileHey guys, don’t worry about it. I fixed it. It was some custom code in the child theme I am using that did it. Just paste this code into the additional CSS box on the customizer and Voila it works,
@media screen and (max-width: 48em) {
.has-header-image.twentyseventeen-front-page .site-branding,
.has-header-video.twentyseventeen-front-page .site-branding,
.has-header-image.home.blog .site-branding,
.has-header-video.home.blog .site-branding {
bottom: 0;
display: block;
left: 0;
height: auto;
padding-top: 0;
position: absolute;
width: 100%;
}

In reply to: [wpForo Forum] Forum does not show on mobileSeems to be working on your site at wpforo.com/community. What could be wrong here? I am using twentyseventeen theme with a child theme of twentyseventeen. Could this be the problem? Is anyone else having the same problem?

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Update crashed siteHi Craig,
Just wanted to update everyone that I installed the new fix and it works like a charm! Excellent work everyone! I will report back later on the mobile version player issue. Have not tested it yet.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Update crashed siteI have not tried that. I had to uninstall with FTP before I got my site back. Then I tried upgrading but it was the missing header error. So I presume this has been corrected and I will try again. Hopefully this update also corrected the issue with the mobile version player.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Update crashed siteSame with me. Had to uninstall all seriously simple products. Says missing header file.

In reply to: [Responsive Lightbox] Did not get Pro Version with PurchaseThank you
HEY EVERYONE I found a fix. Just click on the page options and deselect the custom sidebars list. Useless list which is most likely foisted upon us as advertising a feature in the ugliest and most intrusive way possible by the developers! UGH! Get a clue!
This is when I reduce the darn thing to 33% using the browser zoom! Sheesh. How rediculous. Such a great plugin until this ruined it!
Here is an image of the rediculousness I am describing! Why would ANYONE want this huge and annoying list making their scroll so long they want to shoot themselves trying to edit a site? This needs to be REMOVED or show us how to do it!
