Regardless of whether it caused the initial concern, without restoring the security of your site, nothing can function with certainty. I’d suggest you follow the steps listed to restore your site to a stable mode, at which point we can assess whether it was this hack or something else causing the missing content.

That said, my guess is that it’s all related.

I just dug around the source to one of your product pages and it looks to me as if your site has been compromised—you have a bit of extra junk HTML code and spam.

Might be a partial explanation why your images are missing and you’re seeing blank product pages. :/

How are you creating the link? Are you adding the URL directly into the post itself?

Have you confirmed all your plugins are up-to-date and support WP 3.8?
