I fixed this by exporting all users from main site and importing them into the other. The first time I didn’t have to do that, but that did the job. As users use the main site the access gets synchronises so that fixed the error, in some users the access was not working but updating the password solved the issue.

I got it working by creating other courses and creating other users to test this functionality.

Thank you @joyously, I understand that filtering by categories is not the correct way. I need to have a custom taxonomy and then use one of the many plugins available.

I understand now the difference, attribute permalink is when you click on the attribute. Will mark this as resolved.

Thanks for your answer, the same page is the shop page, I also tried under the product category but it still not showing.

A fresh install but importing only data in other ways that doesnt require SQL and excluding the plugins tables as well.
