i don’t like to reply to my own thread, but i am totally stuck and am pretty sure this is an easy fix, i just really need some advice. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me out.

i verified and connected to Google Search console, but somehow Yoast thinks my home page is https://kivalettrash.com/KIValetTrash.com which is wrong of course.

Any ideas?

and also – if i was to delete Woocommerce, for example – a plugin which uses the database -if asks “Are you sure you want to remove this and all of its data?” I pressed no because if it’s using the same database data as the original non-staging site, would it remove that data?

i thought i had read on the main page that it would create a copy of the databases, but when i looked at my phpMyAdmin i saw the same three as before. My issue is similar to the OP, thus why i replied here.

i am troubleshooting a woocommerce issue, and after having tried everything, i need to delete the woocommerce tables and then reinstall woocommerce and it will reinstall the tables as well. I just wondered if you had any advice for the easiest way to do this – maybe involving this plugin? Aside from manually duplicating tables, editing code to point to those, etc..

Either way it and you already saved me lots of time ??

i found it! i just kept overlooking it, inside Avada > Options > Woocommerce.

in the middle of the page that i am stuck with.

the top part in the header – you are correct and that i am good with.

it’s the part that is part of woocommerce and only appears on the my account, orders, etc pages.

The theme author is not an option,unfortunately.

thank all of you for the help! it was the WooCommerce > General settings > sell to specific countries – my client had set that to only include US. I added Guam to that field which made it available!

also, i hope it’s ok to ask another question here, but above i mentioned i downloaded my wp-content/uploads and uploaded all my images to this new hosting and wordpress install, which i did, and now it still says my media library is empty. any thoughts?

thanks for the links. i am about to check them out, but wanted to clarify everything i am doing is on wordpress.com. i ended up here in this support area for .org, not fully paying mind to that i did, or that the info and advice i get may not be applicable.
