After I did a bunch of updates for WP and WP-members a few weeks back, I had a similar problem, with a homegrown FAQ. It appears that the main page is blocked but all sub (or child) pages are not blocked. I am not a programmer so the terminology is probably all wrong.
I added to the beginning and end of the page, and it is blocked now..
