Solved: stupid user error. Selected the wrong date range. Thank you Nikola and sorry for wasting your time.

Appointments are being made on the front end but are not being recorded on the back end. If you create an appointment in the back end it is saved though. This is starting to become a real problem unfortunately.

Got the same message. Unfortunately that means I won’t be using the plugin until there is a fix.
