Yes, if I don’t exclude it in the LiteSpeed Cache file exclusion settings it breaks with the js-error stated above.

Thank you for your help.

While investigating something else I injected some js-errors and noticed that it’s then possible to add a variable product to the cart without selecting a variant. So I believe this could be the cause to the issues.
For some reason there must have been a intermittent js-error on the product pages. I’ve now installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin to check if I have issues with deprecated function calls.

I’ve seen the issue with both Klarna and Stripe. But I think this is most likely some other plugin generating js-errors and not a WooCommerce issue so you can close this issue for now.

Hi @drwpcom!

I think you misunderstood my question.
I’m not talking about the general setting for product sorting which I have set to: Default sorting (custom + name).

The link you sent can set certain categories to another sort order but I want the same for all. I just don’t want the custom order of the products in one category to affect the order of the same products in another category. But I guess that is not possible?

I hope this makes sense. Else just say so and I’ll try to explain in a better way. ??

@m155y5 This has now happened on another site. Can you please get back to me?

It happens for variable products. It seems they are treated as simple products as no “Variation ID” is displayed on the order line. The variant that the customer wanted (had to call them as it was not visible) was out of stock.
And this only happens very rarely which makes it hard to debug.

Thank you for your response. Well, it’s the same product actually. It’s a variable product. And nothing was changed to the setup of the product or the webshop between the two orders.

Hi @julieskyverge!

I Can’t find WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations > Facebook for WooCommerce
But do you mean WooCommerce > Status > Logs > facebook_for_woocommerce-*.log?

No virtual or free but there are products with variants but that does not seem to matter. Old products are syncing but only some of the new ones..

Can I email the log to you for confidentiality?
