The deprecation notice should be removed as the plugin has been updated a few days ago… Due to this notice I had felt compelled to remove the widget. Now I reinstalled it because it’s so great!

Yes it works! I hadn’t figured out this solution. Instead, I was editing the page in code mode to declare the additional class. This will certainly be a viable workaround until the theme can be upgraded. Thanks for your patience!

Thanks for suggesting the Health Check plugin! It made things tremendously easy.

The result is that deactivating all extensions doesn’t solve the problem.
I also tried to suppress all Custom CSS, yet with no result.

Finally, the culprit is the TIMES theme which I am using in its latest version (1.5.2). The bad news are:

1) It is no longer supported by CLYCO
2) The support team no longer replies emails, after being very cooperative over years
3) It seems a nightmare to switch my sites (except this one) to another theme because of lots of customizations

Therefore my first idea is to design a few code lines which could be implemented in “functions.php” (or any suitable file) so that the theme will survive a few more years.

My second idea is to find a theme that would reproduce great features of TIMES (such as on my site https://lebonheurestpossible.org/)…

Sorry, I had modified the page to make it look correct (with a left alignment). For this reason you did not notice the mentioned problem, which is still there.

So, now we’re back to “alignright” although the image again appears at the center because the “className” declaration is missing…

Similar problem: this plugin was working perfectly on a site that I don’t visit often. But I discovered 2 days ago that every page (including the home page) was non-stop repeated! This stopped immediately after deactivating the plugin.
Then I tried to delete it completely and reinstall the version available today, but this produced exactly the same problem.

Good news: the ftp replacement was successful. Thanks for suggesting it —?I was afraid of deleting data!

Sorry for reporting an error here, I haven’t found a place for getting assistance. As suggested I will certainly raise my evaluation to 5 stars once the site starts working again…

This morning I received a warning that my site https://michel-touret.fr/ had crashed when trying to load MetaSlider. When attempting to display the site or to login it displayed a message (in the site’s language) translating as:
“A critical error has occurred on your site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.” That’s all.
Then I received a mail with a link allowing me to login in WordPress’ recovery mode and telling that it had crashed when trying to load MetaSlider. Following the link I get access and the recovery process tells that it deactivated MetaSlider. If I try to reactivate it I am back to square 1.
At the moment I have reproduced the crash, so you can see by yourself…
I have done nothing on this site that might explain this problem. It is not unlikely that WordPress was automatically updated last night, so that 5.5.1 created the conditions of the problem.
Please send me an email so that we can communicate and try to sort this out!

Regarding chronological ordering: if you set the ordering on “latest post first” you will see the correct order in the editor, but the order will be reversed on the front-end page. And conversely if you select “oldest post first”.

I am not sure about phrases appearing in the selector because I see the French interface. My selector reads “Des plus anciens au plus récent” but on the page (https://mairielesmayons.fr/) the most recent post is listed on top.

(In fact I have no idea why it appears in French. Maybe because that’s the language set-up on the website…)

I have a similar problem. When copying links from my page https://leti.lt/pid_list.php to a paragraph block in Gutenberg, all title attributes are deleted. The only way to do it seems to be HTML mode.
This wasn’t the case with the classic editor.
I am using WordPress 5.3.2–fr_FR.

It ended up working although I did not modify settings. It might be a clash with iThemes Security as I was also facing bizarre behavious when trying to create pop-ups with javascript code created by MailChimp.

I don’t see a “step to step” installation. In WordPress extensions I only click the “Update to 9.0.2” link:

which is the standard procedure for updating extensions. I even have an “Automatic Plugin Updates” extension that does it automatically.

I tried again. Clearly, data is no longer visible on both front and back ends. In addition, after updating the back end demands entering all settings from scratch!
I created a ticket and sent the screen images to illustrate this problem.

Great! Maybe this should be indicated on the export page…
