That’s exactly the same problem i’m having again.

On my site https://soxanddawgs.com

None of the files are getting cached at all using plugin. One thing I realized is that I had the default permalink structure. Would that be the cause of the posts not getting cached?

I’ve moved to a new host and no problems so far. It could have been my previous hosts mysql. I have no idea. I don’t know mysql that well other than basic things.

Also if I have to go the database route, do i need to transfer the whole entire database or are their core database entries that I can bring over.

I fixed that problem, now i’m getting lock times from a different part of the database that queries the comments.

I don’t even use K2 at all, I use cutline yet I just had these ridiculous query times that caused the cpu to exceed.

The 2.1.8 version worked fine for me. I will make this resolved.

They just put up a new version of akismet 2.1.8. I’m still waiting for some spam to see if it works properly.

I deleted the new version and then reuploaded via ftp the copy of 2.1.6 I found.

I found a copy of 2.1.6 and have reverted back to that as well for now.

I actually deleted it from my ftp server and uploaded again but still no luck.

I didn’t change anything on my blog at all when I upgraded either. I’ve emailed them at automattic but have yet to hear back.

It sucks too because all of mysql slow queries that’s causing wordpress to use too much cpu on my site is coming from it.
