In reply to: [Add Twitter, Facebook Like, Google plus one Social share] Shortcode bugThanks for the suggestion. I will test your approach and include in future release.
Regards,
KunalIt works for me. any more information appreciated.
I am using iframe version of facebook. This does not allow to add comment. Soon I will be releasing HTML5 version of facebook like, this will allow you to enter comments.
Apologies for inconvenience.
Thanks,
KunalYou need to change the code to do that. Check the tf_display.php and search for social button links and change the order according to your convenience.
Will try to add menu options in future release to change the order.
Will try my best to add this feature. Thanks all for the suggestion.
Just pinned one of your post reneedobbs and the count increased. Hope it is working now for you.
It might be temporary glitch with the pinterest site. Can you please share the link and also snapshot of the plugin settings. It is working for all others and also for my site, so don’t see any issue.
This is been fixed in next version. Had been pointed earlier by one of the user. Thanks for trying out the plugin and giving feedback.
I won’t promise anything but let see if more people request. Thanks for using the plugin.
Hi Sarah,
The count of each links are stored on facebook/twitter site. The counts are specific to each link and if you change the link structure then all the counts will disappear. This is the default behaviour.
There is no way we can control it in plugin.
But I am surprised, that removing “/” from the link will change the count. Usually when you don’t specify “/” at the end of any link, by default there is a redirect to an URL with “/” appended at end. So i thought it should not matter for counts. But it is strange.
I am afraid but there is no straight forward way to combine count for both the URLs.
Thanks,
KunalWorks for me. Please share your site link to look further.
Are you sure it is a Page and not a post?
Try to disable and enable the plugin again. If that dont help then you can try adding Custom field “disable_social_share” with value “yes” to exclude specific post or pages.Hey Ryan, I don’t have Lion OS and so it is difficult for me to test. Did you try opening my site and see if the buttons are displayed?
