In reply to: [WooCommerce Manual Payment] Missing Data in Stripe Transaction ListI think I may have found the solution but it’s to do with how the meta data is labelled.
In your payment call the labels are:
Customer Email
Customer Name
Order Number
However, when the Stripe plugin makes the call it labels the above as:
customer_email
customer_name
order_id
I wonder if they’re labelled in the same way then they might appear properly in the relevant columns.
Also, in order to make the Order ID appear in the description parameter it simply needs adding in there.
Do you think I might be onto something here?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Intuitive Custom Post Order] Fatal Error After Update to 3.1.4Yes, that’s fixed it. Thank you. Will this be updated in the next release?
UPDATE: I’ve added your suggested code from the other thread, and removed the problematic tags and it’s worked for me. Thank you.
From what I can see in the other thread you are releasing a fix for this? Is that right? Any idea when that might be as one of our client notifications is now broken.
I’ve had a response from the support chaps at WP Engine, here is what it says:
- A lot of premium plugins will have compatibility with different server systems, so should be able to default to NGINX if it detects it.
- A lot of the rules that are added by plugins are things that we have built in natively (Yoast SEO Redirects -> User Portal Redirects, WP Rocket GZIP Compress -> Already Default on WP Engine servers).
- Some do not have either situations applied, which is where you can work with us and our support team to build NGINX rules to replace it.
Can anyone confirm or deny if the Sucuri plugin detects and uses NGINX instead?
