To being honest I didn’t update some spesific plugins, I just saw there were couple updates waiting (we usually do weekly follow on updates) and updated them all whatever was on the update page listed.
I know this won’t help us to understand what was the conflict, however it works now! Just keep everthing updated ??
After making the lastest updates, it looks like problem is solved for now. I cannot promise if it won’t happen again but for now it works as it should be.

I’ve noticed something unusual with the issue. When I uncheck the “Limit purchases to 1 item per order” checkbox on the product edit page and click save, the page begins to reload. If I view the product page before the reload finishes, the quantity buttons appear as expected. However, once the reload on the edit page completes, the checkbox reverts to being checked, and the quantity buttons disappear from the product page.
This indicates that the setting is not being saved correctly upon the edit page reload. Any additional insights into why this might be happening would be appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I followed your instructions and switched to the default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) and cleared the cache again, but unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved. This problem only started occurring around two weeks ago. Previously, we did not have this issue, but now, by default, the “Limit purchases to 1 item per order” checkbox is checked for all products, preventing users from adding multiple quantities to the cart.
Please let me know if there are any additional steps we can try.
