We have the same issue and had to remove on 2 sites. We’re with flywheel (part of wpengine) the You’ll need to head over to the Age Gate -> Advanced settings and use the “No caching (Javascript)” method” was on and purged but it seem to periodically cause the same issue meaning people couldn’t get into the site at all. So we have to remove completely. IS there any special settings we can add to the server to stop the issue?

Even though I don’t use the shrink to web feature but use my own images?

Will reopening the account mean the problems disappear?

I received no notifications so not sure what happened there?

Bizarrely it seems to have righted itself?
Is that just a domain name populating thing?

I’ve tried putting it in the custom css but no changes seem to be made?
No matter what numbers I put in?

I resolved this issue with my hosting provider. They deactivated the theme which resolved the issue. They said there was no malware but ManageWP still states that there is a security risk. It had a fatal error in line 73 of header.php (I know you can’t see it now but thought you might like me to follow up?

i have done what you have advised and you seem to right ……do you a have any good suggestions for an image protector I can use instead please? As a photographer obviously I need to protect my clients photos from being copied?

I started to go through plugins 1 by one and when I deactivated strong testimonials the slider started working again so it would be great if I could use the two in tandem?

It seems to have righted itself now. I think there was a conflict with the strong testimonials plugin so i am now searching for alternative plugins that don’t conflict- thanks
