So you mean to change it to paid subscription in order to update? We had no warning up to now.

We have deactivated the plugin for now, and sent our communication to the support mail.

This happened after the latest update of the plugin, just yesterday afternoon.

Hello again. We tried everything and we could not resolve the issue.
But just yesterday one of our assosiates noticed that the Enfold Theme (that we use) had on! it’s GDPR consent button and he suspected that this caused the problem.
And it was that! We just had to take it off and now we are back in bussiness.
Putting it here, in case anyone else will have the same issue.

We tried all of the module support pages, but noone works. We have the free version, to try and want to check if there is real support to turn to paid version.

I have the same issue. We have to change the order status manually after payment, if not it cancels it.
Another big issue is also that after payment goes through, there is no redirection back to the eshop.

no, we reported to you the issue, but we did not have the time to do ALL the above.
The problem still exists. I don’t think it only happens to our website.
We are using VivaWallet WooCommerce Gateway on our WordPress eshop.
