I cannot thank you enough, all sorted, the thread was so helpful, Yahoo reset my pw and I got in to WordPress.com to renew the domain for my www.remarpro.com self hosted site after retrieving the pw for my old Yahoo email. Big thank you Shellbot! x

THank you Shellbot. It’s a self-hosted site with www.remarpro.com. Host: bluehost. Domain with Wild West Domains, spoke to them three times yesterday and they insist they cannot help renew the domain as it’s a WordPress issue. I’ve had my domain for about 5 years now. The problem must have arisen – it’s expired – because reminder emails were going to an old email address which I cannot access. I can’t access or log into WordPress either although I CAN get into my own blog BUT you cannot renew from there! Normally I renew with WordPress through PayPal but have not had a reminder this time. That’s all I want to do.

Any suggestions very welcome, thanks again
