Thanks for reaching out! I’d just like to make sure I’m understanding your issue correctly. Are you expecting the “New order” email to be sent to the customers email address after clicking resend?
If so, this specific option re-sends the “New order” email, which goes to the admin email (or the specified email address in this email types settings):
So, the customer wouldn’t actually receive this specific email notification as it is sent to the admin email. You can read more about this in the Email Settings documentation here:

However, if you, as the admin, are not receiving the New order email after resending this, please can you double-check the email address added to the Recipient(s) field is correct? You can find this via WooCommerce → Settings → Emails, and clicking Manage next to the “New order” email type, like so:

The most common cause of this type of problem is caching. Can you please head over to?WooCommerce → Status → Tools?and doing the following:
- WooCommerce transients?–?
Clear transients
- Expired transients?–?
Clear transients
Next, please clear all site and server caching mechanisms, as well as browser cache, and see if this resolves the issue?
Additionally, can you reach out to your host and ask them to make sure that the following pages are excluded from being cached:
- Cart
- Checkout
- My Account
Those three pages should never be cached. Please let us know how this goes.

You can use the free?Health Check?plugin which allows you to change the theme, and deactivate plugins, while still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site or making direct changes to your live site.
You can download the free Storefront theme here and then upload this to your site, but do not activate it. Next you can start troubleshooting with the Health Check plugin by enabling Storefront as the theme, and deactivating the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin, creating a test order and checking if the email is received. WC Database Version: 9.2.3Also, it looks like there is a mismatch between the WooCommerce core version, and the WC Database version which can cause unexpected behavior. I’d suggest?updating your WooCommerce Database?to to ensure optimal performance. This can be done via?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools?→?Update database.

I deactivated the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin by Stripe, changed payment method to cash on delivery, place purchase into cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”, and I get “No payment method available. Your cart is currently empty.”
Since the issue still happens when Cash on Delivery is enabled, this seems more related to the sites configuration than with Stripe itself.
I understand that this works as expected on thedronecoach.io but not on thedronecoach.com, however a conflict test will help us rule out a possible conflict causing the issue here. Can you please run through a full conflict test and see if this makes any difference?

Thanks for sharing the SSR. I’ve tried to take a closer look at this on the site, however it seems that the “Add to Cart” button is not visible on the Shop or Single product pages, which limits our testing on the Checkout page:
It looks like you’re currently using WooPayments. We’ve seen this error come up due to conflicts with other plugins (or custom code), and although related to the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, it is likely to be the same case here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2636#issuecomment-1936662772
It looks like something is breaking the Stripe plugin’s code leading to that error when you try processing payments. I would recommend running through a conflict test to see if you’re able to identify the cause –?https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.?

Thanks for reaching out! An import may help resolve the issue here. ?? Can you please try the following and see if it does the trick:
- Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type, and make sure that?Date Created?is selected on the dropdown:
- Navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools, and click on?Clear analytics cache
- Import Historical Data
If there is still no data, you can go back to?Analytics →?Settings, delete the previously imported data, and then run the import tool again:
The deletion is for the Analytics data only. This doesn’t delete your products, orders, customers, etc. You are able to read more about this process here:

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with New order emails! If I understand correctly, the deprecated warning pops up when clicking to enable the New order emails and saving the changes, yes?
Does this issue happen with all email types, or only the New order email? Can you please share a clear screenshot of the warning as you’re seeing it on your end? If you don’t already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in your reply here.
Additionally, can you please share the following:
- System Status Report:?navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?
Get system report
?and then?Copy for support
