I get the same issue. I am on a multisite if that makes any difference.

1) blocked at 43%
2) followed instruction, imported the XML with some errors, “fine”

3) for the customizer.dat I get “Error importing settings! The settings you uploaded are not for the current theme.” which is sort of weird because it is bodega

is resolved… plugin “disconnect” blocks nrelate plugin!!

It actually seems not to work on firefox is that a known issue?
